Delanti is the platform your firm uses to create and run its own AI employee over WhatsApp, Telegram, and email. You create it, name it, teach it your business, and set what it is allowed to do; it then answers from the knowledge you give it, keeps track of tasks, chases documents and follow-ups, prepares files, and runs the routines you set up. It prepares and drafts work for your team. It is not a replacement for a qualified professional, and it does not make decisions for you.
Your employee works over WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, and email, all on official, supported connections. WhatsApp runs on the WhatsApp Business Platform, which has one rule that shapes how it behaves: once a customer messages you, there is a 24-hour window in which your employee can reply freely. Outside that window WhatsApp only permits pre-approved message templates, so a reminder or a chase sent to a quiet contact goes out as a template you have registered, or waits. Your employee tells you when that applies rather than failing quietly. Availability of any third-party network is ultimately outside our control.
Your employee does not file on government or tax portals, give legal, tax, financial, or medical advice, or move money. Anything about money, any message to a new contact, and any bulk send waits for a person on your team to approve it. The exact text you approve is the exact text that is sent. If it does not know an answer, it checks with you rather than guessing.
A custom integration is our software, running on our own infrastructure, that connects to your existing system through that system's own interface (its API). We never install into, alter, or take control of your systems. When we fix or roll back an integration, we change only our software on our servers. Your systems are never touched. You provide the access and credentials; you remain responsible for their accuracy and for your own compliance obligations.
Never share an API key, password, or other secret in a chat. Your employee will refuse to accept one and any credential-looking text in a message is automatically stripped before it is stored. Real keys are added only on the secure Connections page in your dashboard, where they are encrypted and never shown again, not even to your employee, which uses them only to make the calls you have approved.
Any custom integration or software we build for you is Delanti's intellectual property. You are licensed to use it while your subscription is active. It is rented, not sold, and no source code is transferred. Because it runs on our infrastructure and is operated by your employee, it is switched off and stops working if you stop using Delanti. Your own data and knowledge are a separate matter: those are always yours and remain exportable as plain files at any time, whether you stay or go.
The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis, without a warranty of specific outcomes or of uninterrupted operation. You are responsible for reviewing anything before it is relied on, filed, or sent onward, and for your own professional, legal, and regulatory compliance. To the extent permitted by law, Delanti is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. This page is a plain-English summary and is not a substitute for your own legal review.
By default we cannot read your conversations; any support access is time-boxed, granted by you, and logged in your own diary. Everything your employee knows about your business is exportable as plain files at any time. See our Trust & privacy page for the full detail.
