An AI employee for law firms
It runs the matter admin. You practise the law.
Every matter, its stage, its next date, its missing papers and its pending fee, on one board. It chases the documents, drafts the client update in plain words, and nothing reaches a client until you approve it.
Work diary
What it did today
An example day, not a live account.
The work that eats your week.
Most hearings end in a date, not a decision. After each one, somebody must tell the client what happened, update the diary, chase the papers, and chase the fee. That somebody is a junior’s evening or a clerk’s day list, and every firm carries fees that quietly slipped because nobody chased the third instalment. None of this is law. All of it eats the week. Every senior once had a munshi for exactly this - this is that, digital, tireless, and it writes everything down.
Before, and after.
The same week, once there is an employee who never drops the ball.
Before
After every hearing, someone must ring every client.
After
You say what happened in one line. It drafts each update, jargon-free, and sends on your OK.
Before
Fee instalments die quietly in a register.
After
Every pending fee is chased politely and kept score of, until it is paid or you say stop.
Before
The diary lives in one clerk’s head.
After
Every matter, stage, date and missing paper sits on one board the whole firm reads.
Before
Clients ring the office asking what is happening.
After
They already know. The update reached them in their own language, approved by you.
It runs the whole book at once.
Teach it your matter process once. Say “start this month’s run” and it drives every client through the stages: chasing what is missing, preparing what is ready, and pausing only where it needs your OK.
Swipe to see all four stages.
One process, every client, receipts throughout. You watch the board; it does the driving.
What it does for law firms
A full job description, not a chatbot.
Every matter on one board
Client, stage, next date, missing papers, pending fee - one tracker the whole firm reads, and the partner sees all of it.
Completes the file
Tells the client exactly what is needed, chases politely over email until it arrives, and checks the paper received is the right one before ticking it off.
Plain-words client updates
Say what happened in one line; it drafts the update in the client’s own language, no jargon, and sends it on your OK.
Chases the fees
Per-hearing and instalment billing is dozens of small receivables. It reminds courteously, keeps score, and stops the moment you say stop.
Nothing leaves without sign-off
Every client-facing message waits for the person you name. It never advises, never cites, never files.
Confidential by design
Documents stay in your own Drive under your own account. Matters can be marked off-limits, access is per person, and every action is logged.
And everything an employee should come with.
One central intelligence
Every conversation, correction, and document lands in one shared memory your whole team draws on.
Your whole team uses it
Everyone talks to the same colleague, and you control what each person can see and do.
Every channel, one employee
WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, and email. Connect the ones your people already use; it gets its own number and inbox.
Speaks your languages
Hindi, Gujarati, Tamil, English, and more. Send a voice note in your language and it replies in writing, in that language.
Meetings become notes
Connect your Zoom and recordings turn into minutes and tasks, filed to the right client. Joining live calls is an add-on.
Reports from your booksAdd-on
Connect Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, or Business Central and it reads the firm’s own collections, receivables, and runway straight from the real books.
Your sheets become tools
Upload your fee schedule or a court-fee calculator and it computes on your own Excel formulas, never guessed.
Researches with sources
Searches the web, reads the pages, and writes a brief with citations.
Teach it once
Your procedures become playbooks it runs every time, checked by a person you name.
Works on its own
A morning brief, follow-ups it drafts on schedule, and flags for what needs you, without being asked. Routines beyond those are set up with you.
Add a second employee
A sales one beside the ops one, any time, sharing the same memory.
Missing a tool? We build itBuilt for you
Custom integrations and software, built for you, with nothing new for the team to learn.
A week with your employee.
Real jobs it does today. Not answers to questions, but work done and logged for you.
Keeps every matter on one board
Client, stage, next hearing, what is missing, what is unpaid: one tracker the whole firm works from, kept current as the work happens. The partner sees everything without asking anyone.
Completes the file
It tells the client exactly which papers are needed, chases politely on a schedule, and checks that what arrives is the right document before ticking it off. “Please send your papers” stops being a weekly phone call.
Tells the client what happened, in plain words
After a hearing, say the outcome in one line. It drafts the update in the client’s own language, free of jargon, and sends it the moment you approve. Clients stop ringing the office to ask what is going on.
Chases the fees
Per-hearing and instalment billing means dozens of small receivables. It reminds courteously, keeps score of what came in, follows up until paid, and stops the instant you or the client says stop.
Guards every date
Hearing dates and limitation periods live in a diary that reminds you well ahead, then again when action is due. The calendar stops depending on one person’s memory.
Whichever shape you are.
The independent advocate
It is the clerk you cannot yet afford: dates guarded, files completed, fees chased, clients kept informed.
The chambers
Juniors stop spending evenings on updates and follow-ups. The file completes itself; you review instead of assemble.
The full-service firm
One tracker across every lawyer’s matters, one fee ledger, one record of who approved what, confidentiality per person.
Whatever you practise.
The admin differs by practice; the discipline does not. Two lines on each.
Litigation
Hearing dates and limitation periods guarded per matter, the client told what happened in plain words after every date, the papers chased before the next one - and the fee instalments that per-hearing billing scatters, chased too.
Corporate and transactional
Due-diligence and closing checklists kept as shared trackers: what is signed, what is missing, who owes which paper. It chases the list politely, on your OK, and keeps the record of who confirmed what.
Intellectual property
Renewal and response deadlines in a diary that does not depend on one person’s memory, with the document chase for what each date needs. The journal watch for oppositions is a piece we build with your firm.
Tax and tribunal
It reads the client’s own books - Tally included - so the facts behind a matter come from the ledger, not from memory. The same machinery this platform already runs for accounting firms.
Family and criminal
Clients in difficult matters call the office most. Plain-words updates in their own language, on your OK, and everything sensitive kept to private chats, never groups.
Built with your firm
And the pieces no product ships in a box.
Every practice runs differently, so these are not switches we flip. They are scoped with you when you join and delivered working, the same way every custom piece we build is.
Court status from your own office PC
The court’s systems have no way for software to ask them anything, so every morning somebody opens the portal and checks each matter by hand.
A small read-only app on a machine in your office does that checking through your own logins. It can read; it can never file, submit, or type into a portal. You keep the login, a person clicks any CAPTCHA, and the same bridge already reads Tally in accounting firms every day.
The citation check
Courts now treat an unverified citation as professional misconduct, and the fakes have come through juniors, opponents, and even the bench.
Before anything is filed, every citation in the draft is checked against the public record: does the case exist, and does the cited paragraph say what is claimed, verbatim. A failed lookup is reported as a failed check, never passed over. What you get is the record that your chamber checked.
The morning cause list
Tomorrow’s list is published tonight, and matching it to your matters is somebody’s evening, every evening.
Each evening it reads the next day’s lists for your courts, matches them to your matters, and your morning brief opens with what is listed, where, and which files are not ready.
The reading list, argued both ways
Research is a search box and fifty tabs. Most of the evening goes to judgments that turn out not to matter, and the one against you is the one you cannot afford to miss.
Give it the matter and it sweeps the public record and your own paper book - one set of agents hunting support, another hunting trouble. Back comes a short, verified reading list, both ways: each case real, the operative paragraph quoted verbatim with its pin cite, marked as candidates for your reading, never as authority. You read the five that matter instead of the fifty that might. It never writes a citation into your draft; deciding the law stays yours.
Included: the Law firm pack
It arrives already knowing your trade.
Pick “Law firm” when you create your employee and this comes installed, before you have taught it a single thing:
- Intake and qualify new client matters
- Chase KYC and documents
- Remind about hearing / limitation dates
- Answer client admin questions
Then you make it yours: corrections become standing rules, and procedures you explain once, in chat or a voice note, become playbooks it runs every time, checked by a person you name.
Hired in two weeks, not a setup project.
- 01
Create it
Give it a name, a face, and a personality. Minutes, not weeks.
- 02
Teach it
Point it at your website, drop in documents, tell it its role in chat.
- 03
Connect it
Your WhatsApp, email, Drive, and calendar. Add your team so it knows who is who.

It works
It answers from day one. Within two weeks it is chasing and keeping records too. You approve anything sensitive.
Just ask, in plain words.
You talk to it like a colleague, on the apps you already use. For example:
Every stage change, chase and payment, from the work diary it writes as it goes.
A courteous reminder goes out on your OK and repeats on schedule until it is paid.
A plain-words update is drafted for your approval, in the client’s language, nothing legal invented.
Does the work, and shows you the receipts.
- Every action it takes is written into a plain work diary you can read any time.
- Support access is granted by you, expires on its own, and every conversation opened under it is logged where you can see it.
- Money matters, new contacts, and bulk messages always wait for your approval first.
- Everything it learns is yours, exportable as plain files, and nothing goes live until you approve it.
You decide, down to a checkbox
Set once from your dashboard, changed any time.
What it does not do
It never advises, never cites, never argues, and never files. The law is yours; the running of the office is its. Anything a client will read waits for your approval and goes out in the exact words you approved, and every action is logged.
Good questions.
What about privilege and confidentiality?
Documents live in your own Google Drive, under your own account, and stay yours. The employee runs on matter details: dates, stages, checklists, fee entries. You can keep any matter or folder off-limits, and nothing is ever used to train on your client data.
We already use ChatGPT or Claude. What does this add?
Those are excellent assistants that wait for you to operate them, and the legal building blocks they offer are things your team assembles and maintains itself. This is an employee: it keeps the tracker current, chases documents and fees on its own schedule, drafts the client updates, and logs everything for the partner, working where your clients already are, on WhatsApp and email, in their languages. You review its work; you do not have to drive it.
Who is in control of what it sends?
You are. Every client update, every chase and every fee reminder waits in your approval queue, and the exact text you approve is the exact text that goes out.
Does it do legal research or citations?
It never writes a citation into your draft, and it never asserts a case as authority - courts now treat an unverified citation as professional misconduct, and we will not put a machine’s judgement under your name. What we build with your firm is the clerical work on either side of yours: the reading-list sweep that brings back verified candidates, argued both ways, and the citation check that verifies everything already in a draft against the public record. Hunting and checking are its work. Deciding the law is yours.
Can we take our data with us?
Always. Everything it knows is yours and exportable as plain files at any time.
Also available, on request.
Beyond the day-one jobs, these can be added as your employee grows into the role.
