Delanti

The team member your practice hires before its next junior.

It chases clients for documents, tracks every deadline, and answers routine questions on WhatsApp, and shows you a receipt for everything it does.

The work that eats your week.

Half your firm’s week goes to chasing clients for bank statements and invoices, remembering whose filing is due when, and answering “has my return gone in yet?” for the tenth time. None of it needs a chartered accountant. All of it eats one.

Before, and after.

The same week, with an employee on it.

  1. Before: Juniors spend the morning calling clients for bank statements.

After: Documents are requested, tracked, and chased without anyone lifting a phone.

  2. Before: The filing tracker lives in one person's head, and three spreadsheets.

After: One live tracker, updated by itself, that anyone on the team can ask.

  3. Before: Clients call the partner to ask about their filing status.

After: The answer is written the moment they ask, and goes out on your OK.

  4. Before: Deadlines survive on memory and panic.

After: Every due date is tracked, with reminders before anything slips.

It runs the whole book at once.

Teach it your filing cycle once. Say “start this month’s run” and it drives every client through the stages: chasing what is missing, preparing what is ready, and pausing only where it needs your OK.

One process, every client, receipts throughout. You watch the board; it does the driving.

A week with your employee.

Real jobs it does today. Not answers to questions, but work done and logged for you.

  1. Chases documents until they arrive

Ask it to collect bank statements, invoices, or GST data from a list of clients. It messages each one with the deadline, ticks off what comes in, and nudges the stragglers on a schedule, politely, never more than needed.

  2. Never lets a deadline surprise you

Tell it a due date and how far ahead to warn you, and it does, for every client. Your statutory calendar stops living in your head.

  3. A Monday list of unpaid fees

Once your books are connected, every Monday it lists who owes fees, oldest first, as a real spreadsheet, and asks which ones to remind. It asks before each run until you let it run on its own.

  4. Reads the files clients send

Send it a client’s statement, sheet, or scanned receipt and it reads the contents straight away, pulling the figures you asked for, so “log everything on this” actually happens.

  5. Chases fees, gently then firmly

A friendly first reminder, a firmer one a few days later, each cleared by you before it goes, and an escalation if it stays unpaid, the follow-up ladder you never have time to run yourself.

  6. Turns meeting notes into tasks

Paste in the notes and it pulls out every action item and creates the tasks, with the owner and date each one names. With Zoom connected, it works from the call recording itself, so nothing agreed in the room gets lost.

A full job description, not a chatbot.

Runs your filing seasons

GST, TDS, and ITR cycles tracked per client. It knows who is ready, who is stuck, and flags what needs you.

Chases the documents

Bank statements, invoices, and data: requested, tracked, and politely chased over email until they arrive.

Reads scanned paperwork

Send a photo or a scanned PDF of an invoice or a statement and it reads it, pulls the figures, and files it to the right client.

Prepares the working papers

Real spreadsheets and trackers, built and updated. A Monday fees list once your books are connected.

Nothing final till a partner checks

Its work waits for the person you name to sign off. Accountability stays exactly where it is today.

Answers clients, you press send

Filing status, document lists, and routine questions answered from what you taught it, in seconds, day or night. Every reply waits for a partner to say yes, until you decide it can send the routine ones itself.

And everything an employee should come with.

  • One central intelligence

Corrections and documents land in one shared memory your whole team draws on, once an admin approves them.

  • Your whole team uses it

Everyone talks to the same colleague, and you control what each person can see and do.

  • Every channel, one employee

WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, and email. Connect the ones your people already use. For WhatsApp you bring a new SIM and your Meta business profile, and we register the number with you.

  • Speaks your languages

Hindi, Gujarati, Tamil, English, and more. Send a voice note in your language and it replies in writing, in that language.

  • Meetings become notes

Connect your Zoom and recordings turn into minutes and tasks, filed to the right client. Joining live calls is an add-on.

  • Reports from your booksAdd-on

Connect Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, or Business Central and it reads profit, receivables, and runway straight from your real books.

  • Your sheets become tools

Upload your fee calculator or a client’s costing sheet and it computes on your own Excel formulas, never guessed.

  • Researches with sources

Searches the web, reads the pages, and writes a brief with citations.

  • Teach it once

Your procedures become playbooks it runs every time, checked by a person you name.

  • Works on its own

A morning brief, flags for what needs you, and routines that start once there is work, each asking you first until you let it run on its own.

  • Add a second employee

A sales one beside the ops one, sharing the same memory. We set it up with you.

  • Missing a tool? We build itBuilt for you

Custom integrations and software, built for you, with nothing new for the team to learn.

Also available, on request.

Beyond the day-one jobs, these can be added as your employee grows into the role.

  • Reads your books for reports and financial health: Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, or Business Central (read-only)
  • Branded graphics and creatives
  • Bulk digitisation of old paper records
  • Broadcast campaigns to your full list
  • Custom tools built for how you work

Offer vCFO work to clients you already have.

Most firms never sell advisory because the data work eats the margin: pulling the books apart every month takes a person you bill nowhere. Your employee does that heavy lifting from the client’s own books, and a partner reviews, signs, and presents.

The firm charges for the advice. The employee just makes the advice cheap to prepare.

  • A month-end pack per client: P&L, receivables, cash, what moved and why
  • Cash forecast and a collection plan computed from the ledgers, not estimated (Tally today)
  • Margins by item and dead stock, where the books carry inventory (Tally today)
  • Works on the client’s own Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, Xero, or Business Central

Whichever shape you are.

The solo practitioner

You are the partner, the reviewer, and the follow-up department. It takes the chasing and the status calls so you keep the judgment work.

The growing firm

Five to fifteen people, three spreadsheets, one busy season. It becomes the one tracker everyone can ask.

The multi-partner practice

Every partner sees the same picture, every client question has its reply written the minute it arrives, and nothing reaches a client without a partner's OK.

It arrives already knowing your trade.

Pick “CA / accounting firm” when you create your employee and this comes installed, before you have taught it a single thing.

  • Each morning, chase clients for documents due within three days or overdue, as one list for your OK
  • Check each file a client sends is the document and period you asked for, and tick it off the checklist
  • Run GST, TDS and ITR cycles step by step for the clients you tag with that service
  • A Monday list of unpaid fees from your books, so you decide who to remindNeeds your accounting software.

On the free trial, people outside your team reach it by email, and everything it writes to them waits for your OK. Its own WhatsApp number comes with any paid plan. Then you make it yours: corrections become standing rules once an admin approves them, and procedures you explain once, in chat or a voice note, become playbooks it runs every time, checked by a person you name.

Just ask, in plain words.

You talk to it like a colleague, on the apps you already use. For example:

  1. Chase Sharma & Co for their bank statement

A polite chase goes out, the tracker updates, and it follows up until the file lands.

  2. What is pending for the Meridian audit?

The exact missing documents, read from the live tracker, in seconds.

  3. Remind every client about advance tax on Monday

Drafted for your OK, then sent to each client by name.

How hiring works.

Once your company is invited, it is four steps, not a setup project.

  1. Create it

Give it a name and a personality. Minutes, not weeks.

  2. Teach it

Point it at your website, drop in documents, tell it its role in chat.

  3. Connect it

It has its own email address from day one, and your team can message it on our shared WhatsApp number straight away. Its own WhatsApp number comes when you hire it: you bring a new SIM and your Meta business profile, and we register it with you. Add Drive and your calendar when you like, and your team so it knows who is who.

  4. It works

It answers from day one, on Asks first: anything going out waits for your yes until you change the mode.

Does the work, and shows you the receipts.

  • Every action it takes is written into a plain work diary you can read any time.
  • Support access is granted by you, expires on its own, and every conversation opened under it is logged where you can see it.
  • Anything with money or a promise in it, going to a customer, waits for a person’s yes in every mode.
  • Everything it learns is yours, exportable as plain files, and nothing goes live until you approve it.

You decide, down to a checkbox.

  • Who it talks to
  • Who sees the books
  • What each person can access
  • What needs your approval
  • How private each note is
  • When it works

Set once from your dashboard, changed any time.

What it does not do.

It prepares, chases, and organises. It does not file on the income-tax or GST portal, and it never gives tax advice or commits to a fee without your approval. A person still signs off; the busywork just disappears.

Go on. Give it a job.

Pick something from your day. Watch how it works, what waits for you, and the receipt it leaves behind.

A demonstration with sample data. The real one works in your WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, and email.

Mirawaiting for your yes

Chase Meridian for the pending bank statement.

  • Found the contact: Rohan at Meridian Traders
  • Checked the tracker: March statement still missing

March bank statement

Hi Rohan, hope you are well. We are still missing the March bank statement for your GST filing. Could you send it across this week?

It will not send until you say so.
Work diary

Your receipts will appear here.

Good questions.

Can it see our clients’ private conversations?

Our support console will not open your conversations unless you grant access from Settings. That grant expires on its own, you can revoke it sooner, and every conversation opened under it is written into your own diary. This is built for exactly the confidentiality a practice needs.

Where does our data live, and can we get it out?

Everything it learns is yours and exportable as plain files at any time. Nothing it learns about your firm goes live until you approve it.

Does it replace our staff?

No, it removes the chasing and remembering, so your people do the work only a person can. Most firms point it at the jobs nobody wanted to do anyway.
